These plaques make lovely gifts
Can be personalised with name, or just say 'Grandma's house.' The plaques measure 6 inch x 3 inch and are decorated with a little wood primitive heart. They are supplied with a jute hanger and a little co-ordinating bow. I can make these in any colour, though the green is most popular. They are sent gift wrapped in co-ordinating tissue paper so make ideal gifts.
