Full description
A beautiful, elegant notebook featuring my ‘Pink Rose’ macro photo on the cover. This would make a perfect gift for someone, or why not treat yourself?
The book is handbound using a traditional Japanese stab-stitch four-hole method. It measures approximately 22cm x 15cm (A5). The covers are made from 1mm thick greyboard and covered in handmade paper (please note the placement of the patterns on the cover may vary). The photo is printed on high quality photographic paper and mounted on brown paper.
Inside, there are 40 plain white note pages (80 sides) made from 100% recycled paper. There are co-ordinating pastel pink end papers.
The inside front cover has space to write a message if you’re giving the book as a gift. The inside back cover has a brief description of the Japanese binding, the photo and my inspiration for the book!
If you would prefer another of my photos on the cover, please send me a message and I’ll be happy to custom-make a book for you. The paper and binding thread colours will be co-ordinated with the photograph.
The book will be carefully packaged before being posted 1st class (via airmail if outside the UK). I try to reuse envelopes wherever possible.
