All cotton ric rac trimming is suitable for adding detail and embellishments to dresses, skirts & simular creative projects.
As a small child i can remember many an outfit lovingly sewn for me by my mum where ric rac trimming featured on hems, cuffs and bodices of pretty summer dresses.....which at the time and being something of a tomboy was not best received from a somewhat vocally unwilling 9yr old :-)
Now having grown up i am a great fan of ric rac trimming and like to use it to add definition to skirt hems, sweetheart style bustier tops & empire line style clothing, soft furnishings as well as other general creative/crafty projects !
