According to the history books Lady Godiva rode naked through the streets of Coventry in a bid to make her husband Leofric refrain from imposing heavy taxes on the people of Coventry.
This quirky pair of earrings features lightweight brass stampings of the naked Lady Godiva on her horse. They hang from elongated antiqued brass kidney wires. I've lightly oxidised and polished the charms to bring the details to life.
They have a total length of 53mm.
