Ant on Leaf Suncatcher
For anyone who doesn't like spiders - try an ant!
This ant is just hanging around on his leaf happy to stay in the window.
The copper foil and solder is used to decorative effect along with a weak copper patina to 'tarnish' the solder.
This green glass catches the sun and shows up the veins of the leaves, and the colour of the ant will shine too.
Made using copper foil and solder, it measures approx. 6" long and 3" wide.
Hangs on a ribbon approx 6" in drop.
