Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

The quick, easy and low cost way to get designer party invitations! You customise your party details yourself with our specially designed invitations before you print them out. So you don’t even have to write them out by hand- your invitations look really great and are SO easy to do from your own home. Whether you need 10 invitations or 50, you can make professional invitations!
Once your payment has been processed, we will send you a pdf file via email containing two 4inch by 6inch invitations on an a4 sheet. This can be opened using Adobe Reader which is available for free- most computers have this loaded already so you don’t even have to download it!
1 OPEN the file
2 TYPE in your details- change your font type and colours to suit
3 PRINT your cards, and they are ready to cut out and send!
(Or you can save your cards and get them printed proffesionally!)
What you will need
-white printable A4 paper (180gsm, available from high street stationers or on online stores)
-C6 size envelopes
-printer
-paper trimmer/scissors
The cards and social stationery are designed to be printed on A4 paper. Printing on other paper sizes may not be supported. Please try our sample on our 'Samples' page at www.zygi.co.uk to make sure that that you can print on any non-standard paper.
We aim to ship invitations and social stationary within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For best results we recommend 180gsm to 240gsm paper, but please ensure that any paper you choose is compatible with your printer.
Invitations and cards may not be compatible with MAC operating systems.
We cannot guarantee compatibility of fonts, colours or general print quality with your computer and printing equipment.
The file we will send you is for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file. It is for non-commercial use only.
