Full description
This is a well finished useable bowl, over 9" across, made from Scots Elm from Aberdeenshire. It is polished on the inside and textured to show the beautiful grain on the outside - unfortunately there were some soft areas in the wood which have produced hollows (see pic) which makes this a second - still a nice thing though.
NB - this is sold as a second - there may be aspects of the finish, manufacture or wood that I wasn't 100% happy with, but I decided it was too good to burn - you may not be able to find the defects. Seconds are being offered at material cost plus postage. They are sold as seen.
