Original drawing, in watercolour and pen on artist quality heavy-weight paper.
I love the contrast between the watery nature of watercolour paint and the graphic quality of pen. This is one of my favourite ways of working, picking out the details of the flowers in pen.
I picked out specifc colours within the flowers and used this for the 'explosion'.
This piece comes as an unframed original and measures just smaller than A4 size.
