Defend your threshold with this little tartan spitfire - with the heart of Rob Roy himself! Doorstop inspired by a vintage milk bottle; made from end-of-roll hessian mix in mushroom with a thin blue stripe; tartan cotton base; yellow trim; eye patch and ears from recycled felt (from plastic bottles); odd button eyes from vintage buttons - one of sturdy metal like the hammered swords of the Scottish kings! - hand embroidered face detail and with: 'McCAT', all in chain stitch; appliqued patch in vintage-style dairy label; rustic string loop holder; weighted with dried rice; stands about 26cm high.
