Full description

My little lamb is called Loopy because the body is made by knitting loops (don’t be put off if you’ve never tried it before, it is not that difficult with a little practice!).

Would you like to try making your own loopy sheep? This listing is for the knitting pattern for you to make your own sheepy loopy friends.

To make your toys you need to know how to knit, knit loops, purl, cast on, cast off, increases, decreases, making i-cord and sewing seams.

The pattern is 8 pages and includes row by row instructions so you don’t forget your place. Full instructions for construction including photos are included in the pattern. Instructions on how to knit a loop are also included.

All pieces are knitted flat on 3.5 mm straight needles, except the i-cord pieces (legs and arms) which are knitted on two double pointed needles.

To knit the toys you will need approximately 50g each of black and white wool and some toy stuffing.

As a guide to the size, the finished sheep measures approximately 21cm high (including the legs).

Please note that this is not a listing for a finished item. This listing is for the knitting patterns only.

The online pdf patterns will be emailed to you within 3 days of cleared payment, although I do endeavour to send your pattern to you within 24 hours of payment.
