Full description
This is a truly beautiful cup and saucer – produced by the top class Paragon pottery - and dating back to the 1940's.
The cup contains a sumptuous hand poured candle, made from EcoSoy wax and scented with GARDENIA FRAGRANCE. The cup and saucer are a soft cream colour, bearing a very pretty floral motif in pinks, blues and mauves.
EcoSoy wax has fabulous green credentials – coming from a fully renewable source, and emmiting far fewer hydrocarbons than standard paraffin wax. It burns at a lower temperature, so is much safer, and produces less soot and smoke. Any spills can simply be washed with warm soapy water, and it will not stain fabrics, and the wax is fully biodegradable.
Once you have burned and enjoyed your candle, you can easily clean it (please, not in the dishwasher!) and either use it to enjoy a very civilised cuppa, or just display it to enjoy it even longer.
This cup measures 7.5cm tall, by 7cm in diameter, and the saucer measures 13cm across.

Please note that ALL my candles are made to order, so please allow approximately 3 days before dispatch, maybe longer during busy periods (I will always confirm your order with an estimated date of dispatch, and then again let you know once it has been posted.)
