Full description
Bright red hand painted and emboidered poppies decorate this handmade oblong cushion. We have made this cushion from cream cotton fabric and have added a narrow red border at each end. We have hand printed and painted the poppies and leaves design and have hand embroidered the finishing details using couching, French knots and chain stitch.
The design was inspired by a summers day walk at Newlands Corner on the beautiful North Downs.
The cushion is made from 100 % cotton material.
The cushion has an envelope style back which fastens with hand made red buttons.
The cushion is supplied with a 30cm x 50cm duck feather inner.
