Made from a rich terracotta clay this Koi planter is designed to hang outside on wall or fence. the Koi is curled around the surface of the pot and glazed in rich blue tones (made from one of my own glaze recipes). The rest of the planter has been left unglazed.
There is a hole at the top in which to attach the planter to a wall and a drainage hole at the bottom to allow excess water to drain away from your plants. Intended for outdoor use to home succulents,alpines and other small plants, would make a lovely feature around ponds or other water features,
This piece measures approx 27cm x 19cm. High fired in an electric kiln, durable,can be left outdoors year round as frost resistant.Thanks for looking.
