Full description
A gorgeous brooch made from high quality mother of pearl shell buttons in shades of grey and turquoise. The largest button is lovely and chunky with an undulating texture and natural colour which measures 1.5 inches in diameter and has a thickness of 1.5mm. In the light these buttons reflect beautiful subtle 'petrol' colours and are very striking as no two are the same. The brooch is finished off in the centre with a beautiful abalone button and a flat iridescent turquoise bead.
A 1 inch brooch pin is secured to the back.
I use the best quality buttons which have a lovely glossy finish unlike the cheaper and thinner alternatives. All are carefully hand picked for each individual piece.
