Full description
Not everything works first time. Sometimes the enamelling is uneven, or more usually, a small bubble of air is trapped in the casting process creating a tiny pock mark.
The faults are slight, not particularly noticeable, and don't affect the integrity of the brooch in any way, but rather than throw them away, I'm making them available at a massive reduction.
This is a listing for a purple art nouveau brooch inspired by Mackintosh's roses with slightly uneven enamelling as seen in the photograph.
(As it's a 2nd, it does not come in a gift box like my other brooches)
