Make your own amigurumi elephant using this simple crochet pattern.
The finished elephant is approximately 18cm tall sitting down (this may vary depending on the yarn you use and how tight your stitches are).
You will need:
DK or Worsted weight yarn – grey, plus small amounts of white and black
4mm crochet hook
3mm crochet hook
Stuffing
Tapestry needle for sewing parts together
Stitch marker
6mm plastic safety eyes (optional)
This pattern uses British crochet terms - if you are used to American stitch names there is a table explaining the equivalent terms.
