Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A unique, personalised typographic greetings card to celebrate a milestone birthday.
Please tell us the occasion, name, special words, places etc and we will create a customised card.
After you have purchased your card, please email us the details you’d like included. About 20 - 30 words works best, if you indicate the top ten these will be more prominent.
All of our cards are handcrafted to order. They are printed onto textured 210 gsm (thick) matt card and are supplied with a silver envelope.

Size: A5 (210 x 148 mm or 8.3 x 5.8 inches)
PLUS We can now offer a new additional service if time running out! We will hand write the card to the recipient for you and post it directly to them – saving you time and postage. Please let us know when ordering if you’d like us to do this at no extra cost.
The card is completely personalised for you with name, date of birth, any nicknames, favourite friends, places etc whatever you want. Also you choose the colour of card and ink! Please let me know what you'd like.
