Gorgeous antique effect treasure chest.(h: 8.5cm, w: 17cm, d: 10cm)
The domed wooden box was first stained a rich chocolate brown colour. Two bronze bands were then painted in acrylic and an old treasure map was applied between the bands. The box was aged with a burnt umber wash before being sealed with three coats of gloss varnish.
