Full description

I really love the latest trend for Union Jack cushion covers which you can make using my easy-to-follow, fully illustrated PDF sewing pattern.

This sewing pattern is suitable for anyone who has experience of using a sewing machine and following sewing patterns. Each stage is explained clearly in simple text with lots of close up photographs to make it easy to follow. All the measurements are in inches.

The 17 page guide shows you how to make an envelope style(no zip) cushion cover to fit a 16" pad in my striking Union Jack design. You will learn how to make the front panel layering strips of fabric strips to create this design.

For this guide I have used three of my favourite patterned Amy Butler cotton fabrics and plain white cotton sheeting to outline the strips across the front.

The cover would look just as good using plain fabrics (particularly red, white & blue!)or mix and match patterns and stripes from your fabric collection until you get the look you are after!

Materials needed:

Fabric for front panel- 17” x 17”

Fabric for back panels- 17” x 25”

Striped fabric- approx. ½ yard of 36” wide fabric

White fabric- approx. ½ yard of 36” wide fabric

The pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours. It will be sent in PDF format to the email address linked to your account but if you wish me to send it to an another just let me know when placing your order.

Please note that this listing is for a PDF pattern only, the photos are to illustrate what you can make with my guide.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my pattern, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or comments.
