Full description
This handbag is carefully created from an unwanted copy of Nicholas Nickelby by Charles Dickens. The book face is dark olive green, with gold embossing on the front and the spine.
It is lined with 100% black retro-patterned cotton, stitched and glued firmly in place. The book is strengthened with cardboard on the spine and the sides, giving it rigidity. The handles are covered in matching cloth to the liner.
The fastening is an antique black glass button and a loop of black elastic. There is a matching strip of black satin ribbon in the book inner, to add a little shine!
Dimensions: 20cm x 12cm x 3cm. Full height including handles is 28cm.
