What a lovely idea, I thought, to produce a picture but made from fabric, so off I went into my lovely North Norfolk workroom and made this.
The backing is on gorgeous Portuguese linen (I know this because I bought it in Portugal about 20 years ago) and I have kept the design as simple as possible - less is more, and all that!
Anyway the three little hearts have a running stitch around them and feature in coastal colours of red, white and blue - very fresh looking. The dotty fabric I purchased from a fellow tweeter and I hope that you think the overall effect works.
If you would prefer the same design but in different colours, I am happy to oblige, just send me a message.
The overall picture size is 6 x 4" with extra for the white frame and the pictures is backed by some wadding to give it a three dimensional feel. Would look fantastic in your own home or given as a gift to a friend.
