I was playing with some felt that I had made and wanting to make something that would be useful. Lots of trials and experiments later I came up with the idea of these boxes. I originally made them with a loop and bead fastening and then had a thought that magnets would be easier and more discreet.

Full description
Somewhere special to store your treasures, or given as a special presentation box. A fabric box, each one is unique and can be used to store special pieces of jewellery.
On a base that has been hand dyed, ribbons and decorative braids are sewn and then further embellished with decorative with machine embroidery in metallic threads.
Each box is slightly different in decoration. They are fully lined in a complementary silk.
They close at the front with a discrete magnetic fastening.

Each box measures approximately 5x5x5cm (2x2x2")
