This listing is for your own wooden heart - which will be wood burnt with whatever name you choose to have in its centre. When you buy this item, just send me a message with the name you wish to have burnt into the middle of your heart. This heart will have room on it for a name of up to 8 characters long.
This loving heart measuring approx 80mm in height, and 60mm across its widest point, is threaded through with a lovely cream organza ribbon and cute wood bead. (You also have the choice of red, lilac or cream ribbon).
Each heart is carefully drawn onto birch faced plywood, wood burnt (using my special pyrography tool, which as you can imagine gets incredibly hot!) painstakingly fretsawed, sanded, then treated with two coats of premium grade tung oil. Pyrography, or fire writing, (and sometimes called 'pokerwork') is a process which has been practiced by many cultural traditions since ancient times...
A beautiful love token for someone special, or a loving gift for yourself.....
As you can see from the photographs, I have other heart variations, in different sizes and word decoration. WendyElf welcomes thoughtful suggestions for creative alternatives to these themes!
