MADE TO ORDER - I'm stocking my Folksy shop up at the moment so until I've made another of these, please excuse a little wait of a week or so for your cover to arrive - thank you, Mary x
This handmade appliqué cushion cover has been inspired by the apple tree blossom and nesting birds in my garden.......
The apple tree is machine embroidered in olive green on pure natural coloured linen with felt leaves in different shades of green; the blossoms are appliquéd scraps of cotton fabric from my stash. The hanging birdhouse is rich brown tweed and the little birds are dusky rose felt. The cushion cover is finished with pretty floral cotton lawn and backed with fuchsia pink cotton.
This cover measures approx 50cm by 30 cm and can be hand washed and ironed on a warm setting, ideally whilst still damp.
