A lovely handmade peter pan collar necklace, perfect for dressing up all kinds of shirts and dresses. Add an instant vintage feel to any outfit with this on-trend accessory!
This collar is made from a black floral cotton lace and is attached to a black satin ribbon, topped off with a silver coloured lobster fastening.
The ribbon is cut to a standard 18" with a 2" chain adjuster to allow up to 20" overall.
