Ahoy There! - needle felted ACEO
This little needle felted scene is entirely made wool.
It measures 2.5 x 3.5 inches and is the sweetest little picture, if you don't collect ACEO's (Art Card Edition Originals ) it would look lovely framed.
I have used 3 shades of white merino, Norwegian wool and silk for the fluffy sky.
The choppy sea is made from hand blending 5 shades of wool
The boat is sailing the waves with it's bunting flying in the wind and a single seagull flies above.
Most of my wool blends contain silk and metallic fibers which gives the pictures a lovely shimmery feel, unfortunately this is hard to catch on camera.
