A lovely brooch made up of vintage buttons.
Red buttons make up the outer petals of the flower. A large brown/green button is positioned at the centre.
The red buttons are wired together using gunmetal jewellery wire and then stitched to a circular leather backing. The large central button is stitched through the leather backing onto a large black button using red embroidery thread.
The brooch uses a standard brooch pin which has been glued to the back, off centre, so that the brooch hangs nicely once pinned to fabric.
The width of this brooch is approx 5cm.
