Cool thought bubble hat! Comic inspired fascinator featuring "I hope Brad will understand..." fun, funky hat for fun occasions! Red base with the embroidered thought bubble in white and black.
The thought bubble is machine embroidered from a design by me! It may be possible to put your own phrase in the thought bubble, please contact me for details.
The straw fascinator base is 10cm/4inches across and attached is a small plastic comb to hold it on.
