I thought I'd share this useful idea which is a boon for anyone needing to use pins.
I came up with this design years ago, and have been using this style of pin cushion myself ever since.
The pyramid shape is perfect, and as it is filled with wheat (and dried lavender) it stays in place on your work surface.
Other pin cushions are apt to slide about when you use them. With this style, you only need to use one hand to put in or remove your pins.
Such a handy and useful accessory for anyone. If you don't sew, why not buy a few and start juggling!
The size is 4" along each side and 4" high.
I make these from fur fabric or fleece. If you don't want any lavender inside just let me know.
