After purchase your file will be available within 24 hours ( usually less ) and sent to the email address on the Paypal details unless you advise me otherwise.
When you purchase designs from HJD Crafts, you are purchasing the right to use the design on items for personal use or for sale in limited quantities (200 or less). If you sell an item with one of my designs it must be clearly stated that is a design by www.hjdcrafts.folksy.com. They are copyrighted designs by HJD Crafts. You must not sell, trade, giveaway, modify and claim as your own any of the designs themselves and they remain the sole property of HJD Crafts.
Due to the electronic nature of the designs and their ability to be copied, I do not offer refunds. Under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to know if the designs purchased will fit your embroidery machine. If you resize the design, I will not guarantee stitch quality. My designs are tested in the formats I offer. If you order the wrong format I will happily send the correct format.
