This is a gorgeous for somebody that wants something a bit special.
The ribbon on the bottom has over 20 swarovski silver rhinestones on it. The centre has lots of sparkly swarovski crystals.
I can make this garter in white or ivory and the ribbons & crystals can be in any colour.
