Full description
Treat yourself or a friend to a totally unique, hand made item. This phone cover will fit an iphone, or any phone up to 11.5 cm tall (7cm wide).
It has been hand woven on my 8 shaft Ashford loom, using a charcoal grey cotton for the warp and a range of bright, rich colours for the weft.
The bands represent different patterns - twills, trellis and sateen and have been woven in a mixture of natural yarns - wool, bamboo,and linen in brilliant colours. Once woven the fabric was cut off the loom and carefully washed in warm water and ecover delicate detergent. It should be hand washed in cool water when necessary.
The hand woven fabric is oversewn to help protect the edges from fraying and is gently supported with light interfacing. It is lined with black cotton. The whole feels lovely, soft and luxurious!
This is a one-off item - and will not be repeated exactly the same.
