This is an ACEO with a difference! A background of filet net, has been surface crocheted to create a blue garden decorative layer. With twisting blue vines, fluffy white buds, green stems and blue rose, the design leads the eye and activated the imagination. A child's eye view of a an overgrown border, open to exploration.An example of free form crochet, using an organic design process. The surface decoration is created with the use of mixed textured and plain yarns, using mixed fibres. the background is white crochet cotton. The finished design measures 2.5 x 3.5 ins but is a little thicker than other ACEOs
