Getting a diagnosis can be a long and difficult process. When I finally was given mine, I looked for an item of jewellery to commemorate it but couldn’t find anything in the UK.
The awareness colour is yellow, which is associated with hope, happiness, and courage.
The charm is an awareness ribbon with the word hope written on it - something we all need.
This bracelet is made from pale yellow glass pearl beads and yellow drawbench beads.
It’s finished off with a silver toggle clasp in the shape of a flower.
