The bookmarks are machine stitched and slightly frayed around the edges for a rustic look and are frayed to make tassels at the bottom of the bookmark.
Some bookmarks are stitched to show the pattern on both sides others only show the embellishment stitching on the front.
***PLEASE note - I do sell privately and on the occasional craft market stall, so should your choice of design have sold, I will endeavour to make another with the same fabrics or I can send photos of similar alternatives for you to choose from***
