My husband and I have pledged to raise £3000 for this charity during 2011 in memory of out beautiful friend Amy Taylor who we lost to this horrendous disease in 2007.
The butterflies are made from brown earthenware clay cut into the shape of a butterfly and finished with a glossy transparent glaze and coloured ribbon. I have so many ribbons you can more or less name your own colour (or buy more than one to match different outfits). The brooch is finished with a safety clasp, but I can make them with a hanging ribbon if you'd prefer, just let me know.
