My new line! I've been doing careful research (watching reruns of Meerkat Manor) and have worked out my own pattern for a mob of these adorable little creatures. They are all knitted in the round, with head and body in one piece, in a soft hardwearing acrylic.
I have FOUR versions so far, this listing is for a teenage meerkat. He is similar in size to the baby, but his back legs and tail have been wired to allow him to stand freely in the typical "tripod" stance. Like his younger sibling his little bottom has been weighted with bean-bag-filling to give him stability
Approximately 6" tall, standing, he is looking around for mischief!
His flexible limbs and tail can be posed to suit you - he can sit and sprawl, his tail can be worn erect.
If you would like more than one meerkat (and let's face it, who wouldn't?) please send me a message and I will make you a reserved listing for your own mob (that, apparently, is the collective noun!)
Not suitable for tinies due to seedbead eyes, wiring and the aforementioned beanbag granules.
