Full description
A look that shows up a lot in steampunk jewellery is the classic "insect with watch innards on its back" its normally a butterfly, dragonfly or bee.
Here I have used a popular dragonfly.
the piece is predominantly silver toned. the little watch wheels on the wing tips are brass. the gem in the centre ( top right of watch innards) is a smokey brown colour as are the little beads in the middle of the watch wheels on the wing.
this dragonfly measures 5cm from head to tail tip and 6.5cm wing span.
