This great apron has been made to a 1950s pattern and is upcycled from a 1950s stripe linen tablecloth.
There is lots of fabric gathered onto the waistband and I have made the ties extra long so that they can be tied at the front as well. The pocket is sticthed to the waistband but hangs loose and is edged with green.
This is a osfa. On a UK size 10 it would wrap right around ( you could wear it as a skirt!), but it will easily fit plus sizes.
The linen is nice and soft and washs beautifully.
