A simple retro geek chic 5.25" square notebook made from an old genuine black computer floppy disk that has now been rescued before it went to landfill.

The floppy disk forms the front cover of this cool notebook. Through the central hole in the floppy disk the coloured front page peeps through (plain or patterned - selected at random unless you state a preference) adding a little retro design chic to the look. The notebook contains approximately 125 sheets (250 writing pages) of hand cut, hand punched, recycled plain white paper, so you can read and write to your own 5.25” floppy disk without the need for a floppy disk drive! A colourful board end page and upcycled frosted plastic back cover add further protection to the writing pages and give added strength to the notebook.

Each notepad, including covers, is almost 0.50” thick (almost 1.5cm) and has been wire bound so that you can fold the cover right back 360 degrees or simply lie it open at 180 degrees flat. The original manufacturer’s labels have been retained but the previous owner’s stickers removed and the sticky bits cleaned off!

This notebook is ideal for the desk based IT professional or to slot into a laptop bag. Ideal for noting down a license key or system setting when dashing around from one computer to another, but equally useful for noting down the details of other Mint To Be items. Be cool! Impress colleagues!

Perhaps you could give this to a groom to be or one of the groomsmen, or the best man at a wedding as a fun gift for them to write their speech in and deliver it from on the big day! Much more aesthetically pleasing and fun than bits of card that get muddled up, stuck together or lost!
