Full description
One of Britains best loved birds. The male skylark will soar into the air and with only the barest of flutterings he will remain high above the ground, all the time singing his warbling song.
This little lark is made from a checked fleece fabric with a wool like texture and appearance, (there may even be some wool content but I can't be sure). His wings are made from the same but with a patterned fabric top layer. The distinctive crest upon his head is eyelash yarn .His beak is brown felt and his eyes are also made from felt with a black seed bead centre. His tail which is stitched and layered, is made from the same fleece fabric as his body. He is filled with a good amount of polyester stuffing and his legs are copper wire.
This beautiful skylark measure 23cm from beak tip to the end of his tail. He stands approximately 10.5cm at his highest. He is made to stand freely on his formed copper wire feet although may need gentle adjusting after his journey to you.
I will package him with great care in a recycled cardboard box. I post first class.
