Full description
A Gingham & Red Satin 1950’s inspired dress.
A blue & white shirt dress with half length sleeves, bound with red ribbon to match the skirt & buttons.
It has little pleats at the shoulder to give a nice shape.
It has a round collar and a small pocket trimmed with red ribbon.
The silky flared skirt starts at the hip and falls to the top of the calf, and has wonderful floaty properties.
It has been made using traditional manufacturing techniques such as pinking and zig zag stitching that would have been used in the 1950’s to make it as authentic as possible.
I paid a lot of attention to detail and quality when making this dress and I hope you will treasure it too.

The skirt is designed to sit on your hips for a flattering fit, and will look best on a UK size 8/10
