Hello! This is a one of a kind Molly Rouge Design.
There's just something about men's Ties that I find completely fascinating! I can stare at them for hours...
These Tie-skirts are inspired by Japanese street style-
I adore their kooky originality and this skirt is for you if you love to look different & colourful!
Each tie has been stitched down the middle to prevent them falling apart (I've tried and tested these things)
On this skirt there are 15 Ties and each one is individually patterned with floral, paisley, check, stripes, diamonds & square patterns etc. Each one has been hand picked and arranged in this order.
The main colour theme is Navy blues and Yellows of different shades, and it's one of my favourites.
Some examples of brands featured in this design-
Pierre Cardin, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Commodore, Tessuti, Nautica, Emilio Lanzetti & Jewel.
They are a mixture of pure Silk and Polyester Ties (Approximately 50% silk ties and 50% polyester)
which are a mixture of brand new, vintage & second hand on this example.
The top has been bound with a strong navy ribbon in keeping with the zigzag stitching which joins the ties together.
No need for zip or buttons, the skirt simply goes on over your head and sits on your hips. The flared A-line shape that the ties create is perfect to flatter the figure.

The skirt is designed to sit on your hips for a flattering fit, and will look best on a UK size 10/12
Machine washable at 30.
