one piece dress with two styles of skirt back, Dress has kimono sleeves with gussets at underarm, slightly lowered neckline, front closing with a button and snaps, top stitching trim and self fabric belt, slightly flared skirt front has patch pockets and soft pleat over side seams, V.1 has short sleeves and softly pleated skirt back, V2 has short sleeves and softly pleated skirt back, V2 has above elbow length sleeves and slightly flared skirt back.

The instructions are enclosed. The cover has wear expected for its age, the corners are slightly bumped, edges slightly rubbed and a tear to L top corner. The envelope and contents are clean and in good shape.
