Full description
I have covered a 10cm fascinator base with pretty cream and gold sequin dusted lace.
The fascinator is decorated with a mix of teal and cream parchment roses and a scattering of green satin leaves. The edge has a lovely trim. I've finished with an ivory dotty veil.
So perfect for afternoon tea!
Fascinator fastens with a thin black hat elastic and small metal comb.
