My Mum wanted to call these items 'Silent Windchimes'.
These are great for hanging in a garden or bedroom and just letting the wind wave the ribbon in the breeze.
I have used two layers of felt and stuff in between the two to pad out the cow.They are then handstitched around the edge to hold them together. The ribbon is sewed in at the botton so it won't come lose no matter how much swaying in the breeze it does.
The cow is 10cm across and the ribbon hangs at around 50cm.(Approx)
