Did you get a Kindle for Christmas? Yes, so did I! So I had to make some covers!
These covers fit the *UK* Kindle and also fit the US Kindle 3.
This is a book style cover - in other words it stays on your Kindle while you are reading it. The Kindle slips under the four corners and there is a button to close the whole thing, so it is very happy in your bag. The cover is padded to protect your Kindle.
Most of my covers are made with remnants of fabric (often 1970s style that my mother and my aunt used to make clothes!).
This cover has a great Flower Power pattern which is original unused 1960s print. Great for reading books that change the world!
