This is a lovely pixie perfect hot water bottle cover with a new hot water bottle and lavender muslin bag.
I have made this for all those fab folks who do not have microwaves and want an alternative to microwaveable wheat sacks with lavender. The warm bottle will release the soothing sleepy lavender bud smells and oils and will soothe you into a snuggly slumber.
I have desiged, cut and sewn the cover using 100% cotton. The purple front is corduroy and I have recycled some materials to make a rainbow. I have securly zig zagged the rainbow using my sewing machine. I have embroidered the words RAINBOW DREAMS on the front in rainbow hemp thread. The back is also cotton corduroy in mustard yellow and green. I have zig zagged a heart onto the back and have also sewn my makers name tag.
The muslin bag is stuffed with lavender which has been grown without any chemicals or pesticides........You can re-vamp the lavender heart with lavender essential oil if it starts to loose its smell. Just Please Remember to remove the lavender bag before washing!
The Cover measures approx in 16 1/2 inches in height and 11 1/2 inches in width.
The Hot water bottle is brand spanking new. It has saftey label of BS 1970 : 2006 on it. It also states that it is made of Natural rubber.
