Meet Mr O’Hare. With a tweed waistcoat, cravat, and gold rimmed spectacles, you can tell almost immediately that he is an intellectual. I met him in a tea shop in Slane whilst on my way to Newgrange in Ireland. I told him I was an artist from Manchester, and so he began to tell me about John Cassidy. I can’t remember much about John Cassidy, but I was quite taken with Mr O’Hare. I asked if he would pose for a photograph.
