This is truly stunning! A gorgeous sugar bowl decorated in pretty roses from the prolific pottery of Colclough, it is true vintage at about 60 years old.
The bowl contains a generous hand-poured candle, set with three wicks, has a diameter of 11cm and stands 7cm tall.
The candle is 100% pure EcoSoya wax, which comes from a fully sustainable resource, is biodegradable, and burns cleanly with no soot or smoke.
The wax has been left in it’s natural colour of light ivory, and has a beautiful silky and creamy appearance. The candle can be fragranced with your choice of scent - sweet pea, rose, jasmine, vanilla, cinnamon or apple – PLEASE STATE YOUR SCENT CHOICE WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER with a “message to the seller”.
A further benefit of using EcoSoya wax is that any spills can be cleaned easily with hot soapy water – as can your gorgeous bowl, leaving you with a true collector’s piece of vintage crockery to either display, or to use.
As with any true vintage item, the condition of this bowl reflects it's age and usage over the years. We rate the condition of this item as “very good” being in a used condition, but exceptionally well cared for considering it’s age.
